Tony Crimmins has an impressive background in business acquisition and technology commercialisation, having listed 18 companies, from miners to technologists. His involvement with agriculture dates back to his consulting work with GRDC (Grains Research and Development Corporation) where he worked to commercialise wheat/canola/barley breeds and he has been involved with Abundant Produce – on the Board and as CEO – since its inception nearly seven years ago. Passionate about technology and science, Tony’s focus is to create shareholder return by developing profitable and unique opportunities for Abundant Produce, both in the vegetable seed and skin care businesses.	Graham Brown has more than 20 years’ experience in plant product development for domestic and international markets. As a wheat breeder with the University of Sydney, he has specialised in developing high-quality, disease-resistant varieties of wheat. Passionate about plants and creating new products, Graham has been with Abundant Produce since its inception and now focuses on creating new and improved vegetables and products for Abundant Natural Health.	Antonio is the CIO and Fund Manager for Pengana Asia Special Events Fund. He has over 28 years’ experience in financial markets including 15 years’ experience in Asian equities and convertible bond markets having worked in senior positions in Singapore, Tokyo, Zurich, Milan and London. Meroni’s experience has been gained across a spread of industry leaders including Credit Suisse Asset Management & Von Ernst Performa AG. Antonio’s investment expertise includes Event-driven, L/S equities, Global Equities, Fixed Income (Convertible Bond), and Risk Management strategies.
